We began our business on 2005 as a division of Techrep Marketing LLC, one of the largest and most respected independent pro audio rep firms in the US. Full Scale AV provides sales and support of hardware and software products for musicians, live sound, recording, broadcast, film/video production and commercial installations. We work with the leading brands in our industry as well as startup companies who offer new and innovative products. We believe in combining a high level of technical knowledge with a commitment to service for our dealers, consultants, manufacturers and end users. Our large dealer network and tech savvy sales force provides manufacturers with a proven model for selling and supporting their products in an ever changing marketplace.

CEO and Founder - Ted Bahas
Ted Bahas is 25 year industry veteran. Before starting Techrep Marketing with Jeff Mac he has worked at Guitar Center, Digidesign and Sonic Solutions. He also worked 5 years in Nashville outfitting studios with custom audio systems. Since its inception in 1998 Techrep Marketing has grown to be one of the biggest and most well respected pro audio rep firms in the country.

President and Founder - Jeff Macpherson
Jeff "Mack"is a crusty industry veteran with more time in the AV and retail trenches than he cares to admit. 5 years in retail were followed by time served at SADiE, Yamaha Pro Audio and Mackie Designs before co-founding Techrep with Ted Bahas in 1998. A background as a professional songwriter also prepared Jeff for the demands of personal technology in audio. Scoring music for games on the Playstation gave him the ability to communicate between the technical and artistic sides of his brain.

Jeff and Ted founded Fullscale to service the needs of manufacturers who required a more hands on approach to distribution. This approach gives Fullscale the freedom to custom configure a sales and marketing plan to the needs of the manufacturer.

National Sales Manager - Dan Bostick
Dan Bostick got his first musical instrument sales job in 1991 with a Mom and Pop retailer in Lancaster, PA. After graduating from Belmont University's Music Business program Dan managed a professional audio retail location on Nashville's Music Row which catered to the engineers, producers, session players and music publishers. Moving from retail to manufacturing Dan has held positions in tech support, training, sales and marketing for Mackie Designs and AKG Acoustics. Dan joined Techrep Marketing in 2006 to launch Full Scale AV as a new distribution division for the company. Dan oversees all aspects of sales, marketing, customer service and operations for Full Scale AV based in our Nashville, TN office. Dan is also a seasoned musician and audio engineer.
